Congratulations on the move and the internal growth that has occurred for you. I can identify with your pain as i did a similar move a couple of years ago (has it really been that long?). However, mine was in reverse. I went from 3500 sq ft shop space out in the country into 620 sq ft in town. Now, that was a squeeze!
The only thing that allows it to work is that the saws and microfold brake are much smaller than the presses.
