Flat bracelet die set question

Is this die set used with contained urethane or block urethane like the anticlastic dies? In either case, what size urethane is recommended?

Daniel,
I'm sorry your post was not attached to any thread, I'm not sure which die set you are referring to. Typically the anticlastic and flat dies use blocks of urethane, 1" thick, the synclastic dies form best with the contained urethane.
